•Full payment is required before the service starts.
•If a payment is made and the client asks for a refund before the service begins, a 15% cancellation fee will be applied — as long as the issue wasn't from our side.
•We respect your time, and we expect the same — changing your mind after payment means we've already prepared and allocated time, so it's only fair.

🔸Account Access

•Clients are not allowed to log in during the service unless they get permission first.

🔸Service Liability

•All services are done manually. We are not responsible for any bans, mutes, rollbacks, or loss of Hardcore status during or after the service.

🔸Password Policy

•Please change your password before and after the service — just to stay safe.

🔸Account Wealth

•Our team is trusted and insured, regularly handling accounts with 10B+ wealth.
•Still, for extra peace of mind, please remove any unnecessary high-value items before we start.

🔸Bank Pin

•We may request a bank pin change for login-based accounts to protect both sides.
•Quick tip: You can change your bank pin instantly, as many times as needed — no waiting 3 or 7 days.

🔸Runelite & Jagex Launcher Accounts

•We are not responsible for any accounts that get linked to the Jagex Launcher.
•Using Runelite accounts is your responsibility — why use Runelite when Jagex Launcher is available?
•We have no issue at all with verification codes or logging into multiple Jagex accounts at the same time.

🔸Bils Services Responsibility

•After the service is completed, check your account immediately — change your password, verify your bank pin, and review any linked accounts.
•Once the service is complete, Bils Services is no longer liable for anything that happens to the account.

🔸Friendly Boundaries

•We're super friendly and easy to deal with — and we always aim to give you top quality at the best price.
•But if a client is intentionally difficult or disrespectful, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Of course, any remaining amount will be refunded.
