OSRS Questing Service: How It Works and What to Expect

What happens from the moment you pick a quest to the moment you check the account — pricing, requirements, ironman routing, and where express does and does not help.
The Short Answer
You pick quests from the normal or ironman list, each of which shows its price and its requirements. You add them to the cart, tick express if you have a deadline, and pay in full. Checkout creates a ticket, a team member plays the quests by hand, and updates come through that ticket until you check the account at the end.
The one thing worth doing before you order is comparing your stats to the requirements shown next to each quest, because an unmet requirement is the most common reason an order has to pause.

Picking the Right List
Two lists, and the difference is not cosmetic. On a normal account an item requirement is a Grand Exchange trip; on an ironman it is a gathering job that can be most of the order.
| Account type | List | What the price covers |
|---|---|---|
| Normal, including mains and pures | The normal quest list | Quest completion, with items bought as needed |
| Ironman, HCIM, UIM | The ironman quest list | Quest completion with ironman-aware requirements and routing, including gathering items |
| Group ironman | Ironman list, and ask in the ticket | Some group content is coordinated with your group rather than played solo |

Ordering the normal price for an ironman account does not work, and it is the most common ordering mistake in this category. If you are unsure, ask in live chat first.
The Requirements Check
Every quest on our list shows its requirements next to its price, and that is the field to read before you pay.
How to do the check in two minutes
- Open the quest list and find the quests you want
- Compare the requirement text against your own stats
- If any level is short, note by how much
- Add both the quest and the skilling to the same order, or tell us in the ticket and we will price it
- Remember that some requirements are unboostable — Desert Treasure II's six skills, for example, are all checked at the start and none can be boosted
What Express Does for a Quest Order
Express doubles the hours worked per day. That matters differently for quests than for skilling.
| Order type | Does express help? | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A single short quest | Barely | The order is shorter than a shift, so more shifts change nothing |
| A long grandmaster | Somewhat | Depends on whether the quest itself spans more than one working day |
| A prerequisite chain | Yes | A chain is many quests in sequence, which is exactly what two shifts a day compresses |
| Quest cape progress | Yes, most of all | A long list of quests is the case express was designed for |
| Quest plus skilling | Yes | The skilling portion is where the extra hours pay off hardest |

What to Expect During the Order
- A ticket that holds the agreed scope, so there is a written record rather than a chat memory
- Progress updates in that ticket rather than you having to log in and check
- Live chat on the site if you want to talk to someone, synced with our Discord so it is the same team either way
- A request to stay logged out while it runs, because two people on one account breaks the session
- A message when it is done, so you can check the account before the ticket closes
The Order, Step by Step
Nine steps, and step one is the one that prevents most problems.
- Check your stats against the requirements shown next to each quest
- Choose the normal or ironman quest list to match your account
- Add the quests you want, and tick express if you have a deadline
- At checkout, give a Discord name or an email, choose Crypto, PayPal or Other, and attach screenshots if useful
- Pay in full — the order starts once payment is complete
- Confirm scope in the ticket, including anything you want left alone
- Change your password, and your bank PIN if we ask
- Stay logged out while we work, and follow progress in the ticket
- Check the account and the bank when we tell you it is finished, then change your password again
If you cancel before the service begins and the issue is not on our side, a 15% cancellation fee applies per our terms.
Account Handling on a Quest Order
Identical to any other order, with one quest-specific note at the end.
| Risk | How it is handled |
|---|---|
| Credentials | Inside your order ticket only. At checkout a Discord name or email is enough. |
| Password | Change it before and after. We ask for both explicitly. |
| Bank PIN | Changed on request for login-based orders, and changed straight back afterwards. |
| Valuables | Removed before we start, since the order does not need them. |
| Items consumed by quests | Some quests consume items. Tell us in the ticket if anything specific must not be used. |
| What we do not cover | Bans, mutes, rollbacks and hardcore ironman deaths, per our terms. |

Hardcore ironman accounts deserve a specific mention: our terms state we are not responsible for hardcore deaths, and several quests involve fights that can kill. Consider that before ordering combat-heavy quests on an HCIM.
FAQ
Do I need the skill requirements before ordering?
Yes. Every quest on our list shows its requirements next to its price. If a level is short, we can price the skilling into the same order — but the quest itself will not accept lower levels.
How is a quest order priced?
Per quest, from the normal or ironman list depending on your account. Express adds 40% and doubles the hours worked per day.
Why is the ironman price different?
Because on an ironman the item requirements have to be gathered rather than bought, and on long quests that gathering is most of the work.
How long will my quest order take?
It varies by quest, and our FAQ says as much rather than publishing per-quest ETAs. What is fixed is hours per day: about 8 on regular, 16 to 20 on express. Ask in live chat for a quote on your specific list.
What payment methods can I use?
Crypto, PayPal with a 15% fee, or Other — all shown at checkout. Full payment is required before the service starts.
Can I order a quest on a hardcore ironman?
Yes, but read our terms first: we are not responsible for hardcore deaths, and several quests contain fights that can kill. Talk to us in the ticket about which quests you are comfortable with.

Bottom Line
Check the requirements column, pick the list that matches your account type, and pay in full. Those three things account for almost every quest order that goes smoothly.
Express is worth it for chains and quest cape progress, and barely worth it for a single short quest.
For anything grandmaster, send us your quest journal state before ordering. The prerequisite chain is usually larger than the quest you were looking at.
Prices, turnaround times and game rules change. Ask us in live chat if you need the current position on anything here.
