OSRS Regular vs Express Service: Which One Should You Choose?

Express is 16 to 20 hours of work per day instead of 8, for 40% more. Here is exactly what that changes, when it is worth it, and when it is not.
The Short Answer
Regular is about 8 hours of work per day. Express is 16 to 20 hours per day across two shifts from the same office, and it costs 40% more than the listed price.
So express roughly halves the calendar time for 40% more money. Our own FAQ gives the worked example: a 30-day quote becomes around 15 days with express. Whether that trade is worth it depends entirely on whether you have a deadline.
| Question | Answer |

The Actual Difference
There is exactly one difference, and it is hours per day. Nothing about the quality, the team, the method or the account handling changes.

|---|---|---|
| Hours worked per day | About 8 | 16 to 20, across two shifts |
| Price | The listed price | The listed price plus 40% |

| Availability | Every service with a listed price | Enabled on skills, quests, PvM, minigames, ironman gathering, diaries and capes |

Express is not a different team, a different method, or a queue-jump. It is the same order worked across two shifts instead of one, which is why the effect on the timeline is close to linear.
When Express Is Worth It
Choose express if
- You have an actual date — a league start, a group ironman launch, a friend coming back to the game
- The order is long enough that halving it saves weeks rather than hours
- You are blocked on the order for something else you want to do, so waiting has a cost of its own
- You are paying for a quest cape or a long skill range where the regular timeline runs into months
Stay on regular if
- There is no deadline, in which case 40% buys you nothing you value
- The order is short enough that the difference is a day or two
- You would rather spend the difference on a second service
- You are unsure — you can always ask in live chat whether express would meaningfully change your specific timeline
What Express Does Not Change
- It does not change how the work is done — everything is hand-played either way, with no automation
- It does not change account handling. Same password guidance, same bank PIN request, same ticket
- It does not change our position on bans, which our terms state we do not cover in either case
- It does not guarantee a date. It doubles the hours worked per day, which is the thing we control
That last point matters. Our FAQ says delivery times vary by service and that most skill training and quests are completed within the estimated timeframe. Express changes the estimate; it is not a separate promise on top of it.
Where Express Is Available
The express option appears on the service pages where it applies, as a checkbox next to the price before you add to cart.
- Skills — every skill, with the delivery speed picker next to the level range
- Quests — per quest, on both the normal and ironman lists
- PvM — boss kills, raids and capes
- Minigames
- Ironman gathering
- Outfits and achievement diaries
- Infernal and fire capes
Once selected, the cart marks the item as express so you can see exactly what you are paying the surcharge on before you check out.
Choosing Express When You Order
It is a checkbox, not a separate product, so the ordering flow is identical.
- Pick what you want on the service page — the level range, the quest, the boss or the cape
- Tick Express if you want two shifts per day instead of one
- Add it to the cart, along with any details or requirements
- At checkout, give a Discord name or an email, choose a payment method, and attach screenshots if useful
- Submitting creates a support ticket for your order
- Pay in full — the order does not start until payment is complete
- Talk to us in live chat on the site, which is synced with our Discord
- We complete the work by hand and update you in the ticket
If you are not sure whether express is worth it for your specific order, ask in live chat before you pay. We would rather tell you it will not help than take the surcharge.
Does Express Change Anything About Account Safety?
No. It is the same team, in the same office, playing by hand, with the same handling rules. Two shifts means more hours, not different standards.

| How the work is done | Manually, with no automation, on both regular and express orders |

| Bank PIN | Changed on request for login-based orders, either way |
| Communication | One order ticket, with live chat synced to Discord, either way |
| What we do not cover | Bans, mutes, rollbacks and hardcore deaths, either way — stated in our terms |

The only thing express buys is hours per day. If a provider tells you their faster tier is also safer, ask what changed, because in our case nothing does.
FAQ
How much faster is express?
It is 16 to 20 hours of work per day instead of about 8, so roughly double. Our FAQ's own example is a 30-day quote becoming around 15 days.
How much does express cost?
40% on top of the listed price by default. You see the exact figure on the service page when you tick the box, and the cart marks the item as express.
Is express a different team?
No. Same team, same office, hand-played. It is two shifts on the same order rather than one.
Does express guarantee a delivery date?
No. Our FAQ says delivery times vary by service and that most skill training and quests finish within the estimated timeframe. Express changes that estimate by doubling daily hours; it is not a separate guarantee.
Which services offer express?
Skills, quests, PvM, minigames, ironman gathering, outfits and diaries, and the infernal and fire capes. It shows as a checkbox next to the price where it applies.
Can I add express after the order starts?
Ask in your order ticket. It is easiest to decide before payment, but talk to us rather than assuming either way.

Bottom Line
Express is 40% more for roughly double the daily hours, which roughly halves the calendar time. Everything else about the order is identical.
Take it when you have a real deadline or a long order. Skip it when you do not, because on a short order you are paying a surcharge to save a day.
If you are unsure, ask in live chat with your specific order and we will tell you whether it would actually change your timeline.
Prices, turnaround times and game rules change. Ask us in live chat if you need the current position on anything here.
